New Jersey Child Labor Law Abstract
The New Jersey Child Labor Law Abstract poster has been updated with additional information for minors ages 16 and 17. A new law permits minors ages 16 and 17 to work up to 50 hours per week and up to 10 hours per day from the last day of school year to Labor Day. The law also increases the hours from five to six before a minor must be given a 30-minute break.

New Jersey Minimum Wage
The New Jersey Minimum Wage poster has been updated to reflect a correction to the 2024 minimum wage increases. The 2024 minimum wages will increase to at least $15.13 per hour for employers with six or more employees and to $13.93 for smaller employers. New York Mandatory Labor Law Posters
All employers in the state of New York must make mandatory workplace postings electronically available to all employees by email or through the employer’s website. This includes all documents and information required to be physically posted at a worksite pursuant to state or federal law or regulation. Employers are still required to post these notices physically onsite as well. The law also requires employers to notify employees that these documents are available electronically.

Employers may deduct payroll contributions of up to 0.318% from a covered individual’s wages or other earnings, and the maximum weekly amount of benefits available to eligible individuals will increase to $1,129.82 per week. Colorado Paid Family and Medical Leave
The Colorado Paid Family and Medical Leave poster has been released by the Colorado Department of Labor and Employment. A new law establishes a statewide program for paid family and medical leave. The program allows eligible employees to take 12 weeks of paid leave for qualified reasons, which will be funded through a payroll tax on employers and employees. The first premiums will be paid beginning on January 1, 2023, and benefits will begin to be available on January 1, 2024.
