The California Pregnancy Disability/CFRA Leave poster has been updated to reflect a new law. Effective January 1, 2023, employees will be able to take leave under the California Family Rights Act (CFRA) to care for a designated person, defined as an individual related by blood or whose association with the employee is equivalent to a family relationship.
