The California Fair Employment poster has been updated to reflect that prohibited employment discrimination based on race under the Fair Employment and Housing Act (FEHA) also includes discrimination based on hair texture and protective hairstyles. In addition, the poster was also updated with an extension of the deadline to file an allegation of unlawful workplace discrimination/harassment from one year to three years. The California Pregnancy Disability/CFRA Leave poster has been updated with additional information on the New Parent Leave Act (NPLA).  The NPLA applies to employers with at least 20 employees within a 75-mile radius.  It also applies to all public employers regardless of the number of employees.  This posting appears on the California Combination Poster. March 25, 2019 California Pregnancy Disability/CFRA Leave
The California Pregnancy Disability/CFRA Leave poster has been updated to reflect information on the New Parent Leave Act (NPLA). The NPLA requires employers with 20 or more employees to provide eligible employees with up to 12 weeks of unpaid, job-protected leave for the birth, adoption, or foster care placement of a child. February 12, 2019 California Agriculture Wage Order
The California IWC Wage Order 14, Agricultural Occupations poster has been updated to reflect the removal of the exemption for agricultural employees from overtime and created a schedule for phasing in overtime requirements beginning in 2019. September 16, 2020 California COVID-19 Supplemental Paid Sick Leave
The California COVID-19 Supplemental Paid Sick Leave poster has been released by the California Department of Industrial Relations.  A new law requires certain employers to provide eligible employees with paid sick leave for specified reasons related to COVID-19.
