The California Minimum Wage poster has been updated to reflect an increase in the state minimum wage. The minimum wage will increase from $13.00 per hour to $14.00 per hour for employers with 26 or more employees, and from $12.00 to $13.00 for employers with 25 or fewer employees effective January 1, 2021. The California 2021 COVID-19 Supplemental Paid Sick Leave poster has been released by the California Department of Industrial Relations. Effective March 29, 2021, California employers with more than 25 mployees will have to provide their California employees with up to 80 hours of COVID-19–related paid leave.
