October 8, 2020 Hawaii Fair Employment
The Hawaii Fair Employment poster has been updated to reflect two new protected categories. Reproductive health decisions have been added as a protected class under Hawaii’s anti-discrimination laws. In addition, employers are prohibited from requiring an employee to enter into, as a condition of employment, a nondisclosure agreement that prevents them from disclosing or discussing sexual harassment or assault that occurred in the workplace. January 14, 2021 California Fair Employment
The California Fair Employment poster has been updated to reflect recent amendments to the California Fair Employment and Housing Act.  A new leave law amendment expands the definition of family member to include grandparent, grandchild, or sibling, and permits leave for certain military exigencies and also expands the law to now apply to employers with five or more employees. The Missouri Fair Employment poster has been updated to clarify that the statutory purpose of the Missouri Commission on Human Rights is to prevent and eliminate discrimination based on protected categories under the Missouri Human Rights Act through education and enforcement of the Act. June 15, 2021 Ohio Fair Employment
The Ohio Fair Employment poster has been updated to reflect the addition of a protected category under Ohio’s Civil Rights Act and shortened the period for filing claims under the Act. The Ohio Civil Rights Commission (OCRC) has added sexual orientation and gender identity to the protected categories, and shortened the time period for filing a claim with the OCRC. August 6, 2021 Kansas Fair Employment

November 22, 2021 Maryland Fair Employment
The Maryland Fair Employment poster has been updated to reflect the extension within which a person may file an employment discrimination complaint with the Maryland Commission on Civil Rights. The Missouri Fair Employment poster has been updated to reflect clarification when filing a discrimination complaint. The District of Columbia Fair Employment poster has been updated to prohibit two new protected categories. Credit information and status as a victim or family member of a domestic violence, sexual offense or stalking has been added as protected categories under the District of Columbia’s anti-discrimination law.. August 18, 2022 Colorado Fair Employment
The Colorado Fair Employment poster has been updated to reflect a new law extending the time limit to file a charge of employment discrimination with the Colorado Civil Rights Commission.
