The Arkansas Stop the Spread of COVID-19 poster has been released under Executive Order 20-13 for the purpose of imposing further restrictions to prevent the spread of COVID-19. Employers must post this notice at the entrance of their facilities to inform employees that they should avoid entering the facility if they have a cough or fever; maintain a minimum six-foot distance from one another; sneeze and cough into one’s elbow; and not shake hands or engage in any unnecessary physical contact. July 17, 2023 Arkansas Minimum Wage
The Arkansas Minimum Wage poster has been updated to reflect that employment certificates are no longer required for employees under the age of 16.  The poster was also updated with new child labor penalties.  A new law changes penalties to not less than $100 and not more than $5,000 for each violation. February 16, 2024 Kansas Human Trafficking
The Kansas Human Trafficking poster has been released by the Kansas Office of the Attorney General. A new law requires employers to post a notice in the workplace offering help to victims of human trafficking. The notice must be posted in a prominent and accessible location in the workplace. June 24, 2024 Kansas Workers' Compensation
The Kansas Workers’ Compensation poster has been updated to reflect that employees now have 30 calendar days to report an accident or injury to their employer. The poster was also updated to reflect that if the employee no longer works for the employer, the employee now has 20 calendar days after the employee’s last day of work to report an accident or injury.
