The District of Columbia Paid Family Leave poster has been released by the District of Columbia, Department of Employment Services, Office of Paid Family Leave. The new law provides covered employees up to eight weeks of parental leave, six weeks of family leave, and two weeks of medical leave within a 52 workweek period. The poster was updated to reflect that employers must provide leave to employees who tested positive for COVID-19 or who are caring for a family member who tested positive for COVID-19 and must quarantine pursuant to Department of Health guidelines.  The poster was also updated to reflect that the law now applies to employers with 20 or more employees.
