The Oklahoma Workers’ Compensation poster has been updated to reflect changes to certain deadlines when filing a claim with the Oklahoma Workers’ Compensation Commission. A new law shortens the time an employee is given to file a claim for benefits if the employee had previously received workers’ compensation benefits for an injury. In addition, the law requires an employer to send a report to the Workers’ Compensation Commission via the Commissions Electronic Data Exchange.
