October 10, 2019 Connecticut Minimum Wage
The Connecticut Minimum Wage poster (Administrative, Mercantile, and Restaurant) has been updated to reflect an increase in the minimum wage. The minimum wage will increase from $10.10 per hour to $11.00 per hour effective October 1, 2019. Future minimum wage increases were also added to the poster effective September 1, 2020 to $12.00 per hour, August 1, 2021 to $13.00, July 1, 2022 to $14.00 and June 1, 2023 to $15.00. October 10, 2019 Connecticut Sexual Harassment
The Connecticut Sexual Harassment poster has been updated to reflect the extension of the statute of limitations for filing a discrimination complaint with the Connecticut Commission on Human Rights and Opportunities (CHRO). October 6, 2023 Connecticut Paid Sick Leave
The Connecticut Paid Sick Leave poster has been updated to reflect a new law that expands the reasons in which service workers may use state-mandated paid sick leave. The new law, in addition to previously covered absences, now requires employers to provide paid sick leave for a mental health wellness day, and  allows a covered employee to take leave if they are a parent or guardian of a child who is a victim of family violence or sexual assault. November 6, 2024 Connecticut Paid Sick Leave
The Connecticut Paid Sick Leave poster has been updated to reflect new legislation that significantly expands existing paid sick leave by requiring all private employers provide employees with paid sick leave no later than January 1, 2027. Beginning January 1, 2025, the new law applies to employers with 25 or more employees, expands the definition of covered employee, and broadens employee eligibility to take paid sick leave.
