Connecticut Sexual Harassment
The Connecticut Sexual Harassment poster has been updated to reflect the extension of the statute of limitations for filing a discrimination complaint with the Connecticut Commission on Human Rights and Opportunities (CHRO). Effective October 1, 2019, the deadline for filing a charge of discrimination with the CHRO is extended from 180 days to 300 days. This posting appears on the Connecticut Combination Poster.
