The Florida Minimum Wage poster has been updated to reflect an increase in the minimum wage. The minimum wage will increase from $8.46 per hour to $8.56 per hour effective January 1, 2020. Florida Federal Right to Work/E-Verify (Bilingual)
The State of Florida has enacted legislation that will require employers with 25 or more employees to use the federal E-Verify system for new employees beginning July 1, 2023.
