  • The English version automatically includes any foreign language translations that are required by law for all employers regardless of languages spoken in the workplace.
  • We also offer a complete Spanish version for employees who are not proficient in English. The Spanish option is required for employees in Puerto Rico.
  • If ordering for both English- and Spanish-speaking employees, enter the number of English-speaking employees first (and add to cart), and then enter the number of Spanish-speaking employees separately.

Postings are accessed via email link that is sent directly to the employee.  Each poster is displayed online as an electronic PDF file that can be downloaded and printed by the employee.
