Languages


The English version automatically includes any foreign language translations that are required by law for all employers regardless of languages spoken in the workplace.


We also offer a Spanish version for locations with a significant portion of Spanish-speaking employees who are not proficient in English. Because federal regulations do not define ‘significant portion,’ we recommend this option if more than five percent of your workforce includes Spanish-speaking employees who are not proficient in English. The Spanish option is required for Puerto Rico.

Once your order setup is complete, you will receive a custom link, which will provide access to all mandatory federal, state, county and city postings for the state(s) selected.


Just add the link to your online applicant tracking site or include it in your job postings. Applicants can simply click on the link and select their county/city from a drop-down menu to view applicable postings.
