Languages


The English version automatically includes any foreign language translations that are required by law for all employers regardless of languages spoken in the workplace. This is a safe option if you have no Spanish-speaking employees who are not proficient in English.


Select the Bilingual option if you have a significant portion of Spanish-speaking employees who are not proficient in English. Because federal regulations do not define ‘significant portion,’ we recommend this option if more than five percent of your workforce includes Spanish-speaking employees who are not proficient in English.


Select the Spanish option if your English postings are up to date and you only need to add or update your Spanish postings. The Spanish option is required for Puerto Rico
