The New Mexico Paid Sick Leave poster has been released by the New Mexico Department of Workforce Solutions. Effective July 1, 2022, the new Healthy Workplaces Act requires employers to provide one hour of paid sick leave for every thirty hours worked. Additionally, the new law requires employers to post this notice informing employees of their rights.

Nevada Annual Minimum Wage Bulletin
The Nevada Annual Minimum Wage Bulletin has been updated to reflect the minimum wage effective July 1, 2022. The minimum wage will increase from $8.75 per hour to $9.50 per hour for employees to whom qualifying health benefits have been offered or made available. Nevada Annual Daily Overtime Bulletin
The Nevada Annual Daily Overtime Bulletin has been updated to reflect an increase to the hourly daily overtime wage rates for employees with and without qualifying health benefits effective July 1, 2022. The daily overtime wage will increase to $14.25 per hour for employees offered qualifying health benefits. The daily overtime wage will increase to $15.75 for those employees not offered qualifying health benefits.

Oklahoma USERRA
The Oklahoma USERRA poster has been released by the Oklahoma Department of Labor. A new law was recently passed to protect the job rights of individuals who voluntarily or involuntarily leave employment positions to undertake military service in the Oklahoma state military forces. The new law also prohibits employers from discriminating against past and present members of the Oklahoma state military forces, and applicants to the Oklahoma state military forces.

California 2022 COVID-19 Supplemental Paid Sick Leave
