The District of Columbia Family and Medical Leave Act During COVID-19 poster has been updated to reflect changes made by the new COVID-19 Vaccination Leave Emergency Act of 2021. The poster was updated to reflect that employers must provide leave to employees who tested positive for COVID-19 or who are caring for a family member who tested positive for COVID-19 and must quarantine pursuant to Department of Health guidelines.  The poster was also updated to reflect that the law now applies to employers with 20 or more employees.
