Massachusetts Paid Family and Medical Leave
The Massachusetts Paid Family and Medical Leave poster has been updated with an adjusted contribution rate and benefit amount under the state Paid Family and Medical Leave Act. Employers may deduct payroll contributions of up to 0.46% from a covered individual’s wages or other earnings, and the maximum weekly amount of benefits available to eligible individuals will increase to $1,149.90 per week. These adjustments are effective January 1, 2024.

Minnesota Minimum Wage
The Minnesota Minimum Wage poster has been updated to reflect an increase in the minimum wage. The minimum wage for large employers will increase from $10.59 per hour to $10.85 per hour and for small employers from $8.63 per hour to $8.85 per hour effective January 1, 2024. The poster was also updated with information regarding the state’s new earned sick and safe time law. Effective January 1, 2024, employers are required to provide paid leave to employees that can be used for certain reasons, including when an employee is sick, to care for a sick family member or to seek assistance if an employee or their family member has experienced domestic abuse.
