December 8, 2021 Washington Paid Family and Medical Leave
The Washington Paid Family and Medical Leave poster has been updated to reflect an increase to the cap of weekly benefits by the Washington Employment Security Department. December 2, 2021 Delaware Minimum Wage
The Delaware Minimum Wage poster has been updated to reflect an increase in the minimum wage. The minimum wage will increase from $9.25 per hour to $10.50 per hour effective January 1, 2022, and increase again on January 1, 2023 to $11.75 per hour, January 1, 2024 to $13.25 per hour, and January 1, 2025 to $15.00 per hour. November 10, 2021 Massachusetts Paid Family and Medical Leave
The Massachusetts Paid Family and Medical Leave poster has been updated with an adjusted contribution rate and benefit amount under the state Paid Family and Medical Leave Act. Employers may deduct payroll contributions of up to 0.344% from a covered individual’s wages or other earnings, and the maximum weekly amount of benefits available to eligible individuals will increase to $1,084.31 per week. October 20, 2021 Kentucky OSHA
The Kentucky OSHA poster has been updated with new workplace injury and illness reporting requirements. Employers must now report to the Division of Occupational Safety and Health Compliance the work-related death of an employee, including death resulting from a heart attack, within 8 hours, from when the incident is reported to the employer, the employer’s agent, or another employee. Work-related incidents resulting in the loss of an eye, an amputation, or the in-patient hospitalization of an employee, including hospitalization resulting from a heart attack, must be reported to the Division of Occupational Safety and Health Compliance within 72 hours from when the incident is reported to the employer, the employer’s agent, or another employee. The Florida Minimum Wage poster has been updated to reflect an increase in the minimum wage. The minimum wage will increase from $8.65 per hour to $10.00 per hour effective September 30, 2021. A new law requires employers with 20 or more employees to provide unpaid leave and reasonable safety accommodations to an employee who is a victim of domestic or sexual violence or whose family or household member is a victim.
