October 10, 2019 Connecticut Minimum Wage
The Connecticut Minimum Wage poster (Administrative, Mercantile, and Restaurant) has been updated to reflect an increase in the minimum wage. The minimum wage will increase from $10.10 per hour to $11.00 per hour effective October 1, 2019. Future minimum wage increases were also added to the poster effective September 1, 2020 to $12.00 per hour, August 1, 2021 to $13.00, July 1, 2022 to $14.00 and June 1, 2023 to $15.00. October 10, 2019 Connecticut Sexual Harassment
The Connecticut Sexual Harassment poster has been updated to reflect the extension of the statute of limitations for filing a discrimination complaint with the Connecticut Commission on Human Rights and Opportunities (CHRO). September 16, 2019 New Jersey Child Labor Law Abstract
The New Jersey Child Labor Law Abstract poster has been updated to reflect that employers subject to the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) are required to pay the federal minimum wage to minors not covered by a wage order. July 15, 2019 Nevada Paid Leave
The Nevada Paid Leave poster has been released by the Nevada Office of the Labor Commissioner. The Paid Leave Act requires employers with 50 or more employees to provide employees 0.01923 hours of paid leave for each hour worked, up to a maximum of 40 hours of paid leave per benefit year. July 15, 2019 Nevada Employee Sick or Sustained Injury
The Nevada Employee Sick or Sustained Injury poster was released by the Nevada Office of the Labor Commissioner. The new poster informs employees that an employer cannot require employees to be present at the workplace in order to notify the employer that they cannot work due to an illness or injury unrelated to work. July 1, 2019 Georgia Workers' Compensation Bill of Rights
The Georgia Workers’ Compensation Bill of Rights poster has been updated to reflect a change to the maximum average weekly wage amounts for injuries designated as catastrophic and non-catastrophic. The New Jersey Minimum Wage poster has been updated to reflect an increase in the minimum wage. The minimum wage will increase from $8.85 per hour to $10.00 per hour effective July 1, 2019. June 18, 2019 Maryland Minimum Wage
The Maryland Minimum Wage poster has been updated with information about lowering the allowable age for the subminimum wage rate and information for restaurant employers utilizing a tip credit. The poster was also updated with an increase in the minimum wage rate which will increase from $10.10 per hour to $11.00 per hour for all businesses effective January 1, 2020. The minimum wage will further increase effective January 1, 2021, from $11.00 per hour to $11.75 per hour for employers with 15 or more employees, and $11.60 per hour for employers with 14 or fewer employees. May 23, 2019 Washington Rights as a Worker
The Washington Rights as a Worker poster has been updated with information about the new Paid Family and Medical Leave program.  Beginning in 2020, it will allow most employees to receive up to 12 weeks of paid leave for bonding after the birth or placement of a child, an employee’s serious health condition, a serious health condition of a qualifying family member and certain military events.  The poster was also updated with information about the new Equal Pay Opportunity Act.  The law prohibits employers from providing unequal pay or career advancement opportunities based on gender.
