The Arkansas Stop the Spread of COVID-19 poster has been released under Executive Order 20-13 for the purpose of imposing further restrictions to prevent the spread of COVID-19. Employers must post this notice at the entrance of their facilities to inform employees that they should avoid entering the facility if they have a cough or fever; maintain a minimum six-foot distance from one another; sneeze and cough into one’s elbow; and not shake hands or engage in any unnecessary physical contact. The Arkansas Minimum Wage poster has been updated to reflect that the Secretary of the Department of Labor and Licensing now enforces Arkansas’ minimum wage laws. The Arkansas Minimum Wage poster has been updated to reflect that employment certificates are no longer required for employees under the age of 16.  The poster was also updated with new child labor penalties.  A new law changes penalties to not less than $100 and not more than $5,000 for each violation.
