Massachusetts COVID-19 Emergency Paid Sick Leave

The law is effective until September 30, 2021, or the exhaustion of program funds as determined by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. New York Minimum Wage
The New York Minimum Wage poster has been updated to reflect an increase to the minimum wage for Long Island and Westchester County and remainder of New York State. The minimum wage for Long Island and Westchester County will increase from $13.00 per hour to $14.00 per hour and the remainder of New York State from $11.80 per hour to $12.50 per hour, effective December 31, 2020. The minimum wage for all employees in New York City will remain at the same $15.00 per hour rate.
