District of Columbia Paid Family Leave
The District of Columbia Paid Family Leave poster has been released by the District of Columbia, Department of Employment Services, Office of Paid Family Leave. The new law provides covered employees up to eight weeks of parental leave, six weeks of family leave, and two weeks of medical leave within a 52 workweek period. The new law is effective January 1, 2020 with benefits available to covered employees beginning July 2020.

Maryland Equal Pay for Equal Work
