The National Labor Relations Act (NLRA) poster has been updated to reflect a new telephone number for the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB), the agency responsible for enforcing the NLRA. New Jersey Family Leave Act
The New Jersey Family Leave Act poster has been updated to reflect that effective June 30, 2019, the New Jersey Family Leave Act will apply to employers with 30 or more employees. The poster was also updated to clarify how much notice employees must give employers when requesting intermittent or consecutive family leave.

New Jersey Family Leave Insurance
The New Jersey Family Leave Insurance poster has been updated to reflect that effective July 1, 2020, New Jersey law provides up to 12 weeks of family leave insurance benefits. The poster was also updated to reflect that family leave insurance can be used for leave due to domestic or sexual violence and that employees are permitted up to 56 days of intermittent leave. The definition of a family member was also updated.

Washington Rights as a Worker
The Washington Rights as a Worker poster has been updated with information about the new Paid Family and Medical Leave program. Beginning in 2020, it will allow most employees to receive up to 12 weeks of paid leave for bonding after the birth or placement of a child, an employee’s serious health condition, a serious health condition of a qualifying family member and certain military events. The poster was also updated with information about the new Equal Pay Opportunity Act. The law prohibits employers from providing unequal pay or career advancement opportunities based on gender.

Oregon Minimum Wage
The Oregon Minimum Wage poster has been updated to reflect an increase in the minimum wage. The minimum wage will increase to $12.50 per hour inside the Portland Metro area, $11.00 per hour in nonurban counties, and $11.25 per hour in the remainder of the state effective July 1, 2019.

Kentucky Fair Employment
The Kentucky Fair Employment poster has been updated to include information about the new Kentucky Pregnant Workers Act. The new law prohibits employment discrimination in relation to an employee’s pregnancy, childbirth, and related medical conditions. Employers are also required to provide reasonable accommodation for pregnancy, childbirth, and related medical conditions.

Michigan Paid Medical Leave
The Michigan Paid Medical Leave poster has been released by the Michigan Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs. The new Michigan Paid Medical Leave Act requires employers to provide one hour of paid medical leave for every 35 hours worked, effective March 29, 2019. Additionally, the new law requires employers to post this notice informing employees of their rights.
