December 26, 2019 Washington Paid Family and Medical Leave

December 23, 2019 Colorado Minimum Wage
The Colorado Minimum Wage poster has been updated to reflect an increase in the minimum wage. Effective January 1, 2020, the minimum wage rate will increase from $11.10 an hour to $12.00 an hour for non-tipped employees and from $8.08 an hour to $8.98 an hour for tipped employees. December 17, 2019 Oklahoma Workers' Compensation
The Oklahoma Workers’ Compensation poster has been updated to reflect changes to certain deadlines when filing a claim with the Oklahoma Workers’ Compensation Commission. A new law shortens the time an employee is given to file a claim for benefits if the employee had previously received workers’ compensation benefits for an injury. In addition, the law requires an employer to send a report to the Workers’ Compensation Commission via the Commissions Electronic Data Exchange. December 13, 2019 District of Columbia Paid Family Leave
The District of Columbia Paid Family Leave poster has been released by the District of Columbia, Department of Employment Services, Office of Paid Family Leave. The new law provides covered employees up to eight weeks of parental leave, six weeks of family leave, and two weeks of medical leave within a 52 workweek period. December 9, 2019 Missouri Minimum Wage
The Missouri Minimum Wage poster has been updated to reflect an increase in the minimum wage. The minimum wage will increase from $8.60 per hour to $9.45 per hour effective January 1, 2020.
