The Colorado Minimum Wage poster has been updated to reflect an increase in the minimum wage. Effective January 1, 2022, the minimum wage rate will increase from $12.32 per hour to $12.56 per hour for non-tipped employees and from $9.30 an hour to $9.54 per hour for tipped employees. The Colorado Fair Employment poster has been updated to prohibit two new protected categories. Gender identity and gender expression have been added as protected categories under Colorado’s anti-discrimination law. Order Updated Poster >

The Colorado Paid Leave and Whistleblower poster has been updated to reflect changes to the Healthy Families and Workplaces Act (HFWA). Beginning in 2022, the HFWA covers employers of any size and allows employees to earn 1 hour of paid leave per 30 hours worked, with a maximum of 48 hours of paid leave per year. The New Jersey Family Leave Act poster has been updated to reflect additional protections under the New Jersey Family Leave Act. A new law expands protections to allow employees forced to take time off to care for a family member during the COVID-19 outbreak with up to 12 weeks of unpaid family leave in a 24-month period without losing their job. The New York Hospitality Industry Minimum Wage poster has been updated to reflect an increase in the minimum wage.  The minimum wage in Long Island and Westchester County, NY will increase from $14.00 per hour to $15.00 per hour, and the minimum wage for service employees will increase from $11.65 per hour to $12.50 per hour effective December 31, 2021.  The food service worker minimum wage will also increase. The minimum wage for the remainder of New York State will increase from $12.50 per hour to $13.20 per hour, and the minimum wage for service employees will increase from $10.40 per hour to $11.00 per hour effective December 31, 2021. The New York Minimum Wage poster has been updated to reflect an increase to the minimum wage for Long Island and The New York Minimum Wage poster has been updated to reflect an increase to the minimum wage for Long Island and Westchester County and remainder of New York State. The minimum wage for Long Island and Westchester County will increase from $14.00 per hour to $15.00 per hour and the remainder of New York State from $12.50 per hour to $13.20 per hour, effective December 31, 2021. The minimum wage for all employees in New York City will remain at the same $15.00 per hour rate. This posting appears on the New York Combination Poster. The District of Columbia Unemployment Insurance poster has been released by the District of Columbia Department of Employment Services. The Unemployment Insurance poster notifies employees of the District of Columbia Unemployment Compensation Act which established a system of protecting insured workers from complete wage loss when they become unemployed through no fault of their own. The District of Columbia Paid Family Leave poster has been updated to reflect that employees can now take paid leave for prenatal medical care for up to 2 weeks in a year. The poster was also updated to reflect that employees can now take 6 weeks of leave for their own serious health condition. Order Updated Poster >

The Louisiana Independent Contractor poster has been updated to reflect an increase in the maximum administrative penalty amount for misclassifying a worker as an independent contractor. The maximum penalty amount increased to $2,500 per misclassified worker per instance.  In addition, the Louisiana Workforce Commission updated their contact information. Order Updated Poster >

The North Carolina Minimum Wage poster has been updated to reflect amendments made to the North Carolina Wage and Hour Act. The amendments require employers to provide written notice to new hires on promised wages, to notify employees in writing at least one pay period prior to any changes to wages, and requires employers to send final paychecks through regular pay channels or by trackable mail if requested by an employee in writing.
