December 20, 2021 New York Hospitality Minimum Wage
The New York Hospitality Industry Minimum Wage poster has been updated to reflect an increase in the minimum wage.  The minimum wage in Long Island and Westchester County, NY will increase from $14.00 per hour to $15.00 per hour, and the minimum wage for service employees will increase from $11.65 per hour to $12.50 per hour effective December 31, 2021.  The food service worker minimum wage will also increase. The minimum wage for the remainder of New York State will increase from $12.50 per hour to $13.20 per hour, and the minimum wage for service employees will increase from $10.40 per hour to $11.00 per hour effective December 31, 2021. The New York Minimum Wage poster has been updated to reflect an increase to the minimum wage for Long Island and The New York Minimum Wage poster has been updated to reflect an increase to the minimum wage for Long Island and Westchester County and remainder of New York State. The minimum wage for Long Island and Westchester County will increase from $14.00 per hour to $15.00 per hour and the remainder of New York State from $12.50 per hour to $13.20 per hour, effective December 31, 2021. December 14, 2021 Louisiana Independent Contractor
The Louisiana Independent Contractor poster has been updated to reflect an increase in the maximum administrative penalty amount for misclassifying a worker as an independent contractor. December 10, 2021 North Carolina Minimum Wage
The North Carolina Minimum Wage poster has been updated to reflect amendments made to the North Carolina Wage and Hour Act. The amendments require employers to provide written notice to new hires on promised wages, to notify employees in writing at least one pay period prior to any changes to wages, and requires employers to send final paychecks through regular pay channels or by trackable mail if requested by an employee in writing. December 8, 2021 Michigan Minimum Wage

December 8, 2021 Washington Paid Family and Medical Leave
The Washington Paid Family and Medical Leave poster has been updated to reflect an increase to the cap of weekly benefits by the Washington Employment Security Department. Effective January 1, 2022, the maximum allowed weekly benefits increased from $1,206 to $1,327. The total employee contribution rate also increased from 0.4% to 0.6%. Order Updated Poster >
