The minimum wage will increase from $14.00 per hour to $15.00 per hour for employers with 26 or more employees, and from $13.00 per hour to $14.00 per hour for employers with 25 or fewer employees effective January 1, 2022. The Colorado Paid Leave and Whistleblower poster has been updated to reflect changes to the Healthy Families and Workplaces Act (HFWA). Beginning in 2022, the HFWA covers employers of any size and allows employees to earn 1 hour of paid leave per 30 hours worked, with a maximum of 48 hours of paid leave per year. The minimum wage for the remainder of New York State will increase from $12.50 per hour to $13.20 per hour, and the minimum wage for service employees will increase from $10.40 per hour to $11.00 per hour effective December 31, 2021.
