Oklahoma USERRA
The Oklahoma USERRA poster has been released by the Oklahoma Department of Labor. A new law was recently passed to protect the job rights of individuals who voluntarily or involuntarily leave employment positions to undertake military service in the Oklahoma state military forces. The new law also prohibits employers from discriminating against past and present members of the Oklahoma state military forces, and applicants to the Oklahoma state military forces. California 2022 COVID-19 Supplemental Paid Sick Leave
The California 2022 COVID-19 Supplemental Paid Sick Leave poster has been released by the California Department of Industrial Relations. A new law requires employers with 26 or more employees to provide employees with up to 80 hours of COVID-19–related paid leave. The leave is retroactive to January 1, 2022.
