Illinois Paid Leave
The Illinois Paid Leave poster has been released by the Illinois Department of Labor. A new law requires employers to provide employees with up to 40 hours of paid leave per year to be used for any reason. Texas Reporting to Workplace Violence, Bilingual
The Texas Reporting Workplace Violence poster has been released by the Texas Workforce Commission. A new law requires employers to post a notice in English and Spanish in a conspicuous place that is convenient to all employees that employees can anonymously report workplace violence or suspicious activities to the Department of Public Safety.
