The Florida Minimum Wage poster has been updated to reflect an increase in the minimum wage. The minimum wage will increase from $8.46 per hour to $8.56 per hour effective January 1, 2020. The Ohio Minimum Wage poster has been updated to reflect an increase in the minimum wage. The minimum wage will increase from $8.55 per hour to $8.70 per hour effective January 1, 2020 for non-tipped employees, and from $4.30 per hour to $4.35 per hour for tipped employees. The Vermont Minimum Wage poster has been updated to reflect an increase in the minimum wage. The minimum wage will increase from $10.78 per hour to $10.96 per hour effective January 1, 2020. The Maryland Equal Pay for Equal Work poster has been updated to reflect an increase in penalties for violations of the Equal Pay for Equal Work law. The law now authorizes the Commissioner to require an employer to pay a civil penalty equal to 10 percent of the amount of damages owed by the employer for violating the law if the employer is found to have violated the law at least two or more times within a three-year period. The Connecticut Minimum Wage poster (Administrative, Mercantile, and Restaurant) has been updated to reflect an increase in the minimum wage. The minimum wage will increase from $10.10 per hour to $11.00 per hour effective October 1, 2019. Future minimum wage increases were also added to the poster effective September 1, 2020 to $12.00 per hour, August 1, 2021 to $13.00, July 1, 2022 to $14.00 and June 1, 2023 to $15.00. The Connecticut Sexual Harassment poster has been updated to reflect the extension of the statute of limitations for filing a discrimination complaint with the Connecticut Commission on Human Rights and Opportunities (CHRO).
