The Wage Transparency Act was recently amended by the Wage Transparency Omnibus Amendment Act of 2023. The minimum wage will increase to $15.95 per hour inside the Portland Metro area, $13.70 per hour in nonurban counties, and $14.70 per hour in the remainder of of he state effective July 1, 2024.
