February 7, 2019 Michigan Paid Medical Leave
The Michigan Paid Medical Leave poster has been released by the Michigan Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs. The new Michigan Paid Medical Leave Act requires employers to provide one hour of paid medical leave for every 35 hours worked, effective March 29, 2019. January 14, 2019 New Jersey Earned Sick Leave
The New Jersey Earned Sick Leave poster has been updated to reflect a clarification on when sick leave is available for use by employees. The New York Fair Employment poster has been updated to reflect new protected categories. Employers are now prohibited from discriminating against employees based on pregnancy and gender identity.
