The Maine Captive Audience poster has been released to comply with a law that requires employers to post a notice in the workplace regarding discrimination for nonparticipation in employer-sponsored meetings about religious or political matters. The District of Columbia Paid Family Leave poster has been updated to reflect an increase to the maximum weekly benefit amount. The maximum weekly benefit amount will increase from $1,049 to $1,118. Order Updated Poster >

The Vermont Minimum Wage poster has been updated to reflect an increase in the minimum wage. The minimum wage will increase from $13.18 per hour to $13.67 per hour effective January 1, 2024. Order Updated Poster >

The Washington Paid Family and Medical Leave poster has been updated to reflect an increase to the cap of weekly benefits by the Washington Employment Security Department.  Effective January 1, 2024, the maximum allowed weekly benefits will increase from  $1,427 to $1,456. The Arizona Minimum Wage poster has been updated to reflect an increase in the minimum wage. The minimum wage will increase from $13.85 per hour to $14.35 per hour effective January 1, 2024. Order Updated Poster >

The Ohio Minimum Wage poster has been updated to reflect an increase in the minimum wage.  The minimum wage will increase from $10.10 per hour to $10.45 per hour effective January 1, 2024. Order Updated Poster >

The Minnesota Minimum Wage poster has been updated to reflect an increase in the minimum wage. The minimum wage for large employers will increase from $10.59 per hour to $10.85 per hour and for small employers from $8.63 per hour to $8.85 per hour effective January 1, 2024. The poster was also updated with information regarding the state’s new earned sick and safe time law. Effective January 1, 2024, employers are required to provide paid leave to employees that can be used for certain reasons, including when an employee is sick, to care for a sick family member or to seek assistance if an employee or their family member has experienced domestic abuse.
