The Louisiana Independent Contractor poster has been updated to reflect an increase in the maximum administrative penalty amount for misclassifying a worker as an independent contractor. December 10, 2021 North Carolina Minimum Wage
The North Carolina Minimum Wage poster has been updated to reflect amendments made to the North Carolina Wage and Hour Act. The amendments require employers to provide written notice to new hires on promised wages, to notify employees in writing at least one pay period prior to any changes to wages, and requires employers to send final paychecks through regular pay channels or by trackable mail if requested by an employee in writing. December 8, 2021 Michigan Minimum Wage
The Michigan Minimum Wage poster has been updated to reflect an increase in the minimum wage. The minimum wage will increase from $9.65 per hour to $9.87 per hour effective January 1, 2022 and $10.10 per hour effective January 1, 2023. Order Updated Poster >
December 8, 2021 Washington Paid Family and Medical Leave
The Washington Paid Family and Medical Leave poster has been updated to reflect an increase to the cap of weekly benefits by the Washington Employment Security Department. Effective January 1, 2022, the maximum allowed weekly benefits increased from $1,206 to $1,327. The total employee contribution rate also increased from 0.4% to 0.6%. Order Updated Poster >

December 2, 2021 Delaware Minimum Wage
The Delaware Minimum Wage poster has been updated to reflect an increase in the minimum wage. The minimum wage will increase from $9.25 per hour to $10.50 per hour effective January 1, 2022, and increase again on January 1, 2023 to $11.75 per hour, January 1, 2024 to $13.25 per hour, and January 1, 2025 to $15.00 per hour. November 30, 2021 Louisiana Pregnancy Rights
The Louisiana Pregnancy Rights poster has been released by the Louisiana Commission on Human Rights. A new law requires covered employers to provide reasonable accommodations for employees who become temporarily disabled due to certain pregnancy-related medical conditions. Employers are required to post this notice in the workplace.
