February 21, 2022 California 2022 COVID-19 Supplemental Paid Sick Leave
The California 2022 COVID-19 Supplemental Paid Sick Leave poster has been released by the California Department of Industrial Relations. A new law requires employers with 26 or more employees to provide employees with up to 80 hours of COVID-19–related paid leave. The leave is retroactive to January 1, 2022. February 17, 2022 New York Whistleblower Protection Law
The New York Whistleblower Protection Law poster has been released to comply with a new law that expands New York’s whistleblower law. A new law expands the scope of who is protected against retaliation and what is deemed protected activity under the whistleblower law.  It also requires employers to post a notice in the workplace informing employees and applicants of their whistleblower protections. February 7, 2022 Oregon Family Leave Act
The Oregon Family Leave Act poster has been updated to reflect recent amendments to the Oregon Family Leave Act. A new law amends eligibility to take leave to employees reemployed after a separation or returning after a temporary work cessation within 180 days, and expands eligibility and leave entitlements during public health emergencies. The Oregon OSHA poster has been updated to reflect a new law extending the statute of limitations applicable to employees who file complaints with the Oregon Bureau of Labor and Industries. The new law extends the statute of limitation from 90 days to one year when reporting discrimination and retaliation workplace safety complaints. Order Updated Poster >
January 21, 2022 District of Columbia Family and Medial Leave Act During COVID-19
The District of Columbia Family and Medical Leave Act During COVID-19 poster has been updated to reflect changes made by the new COVID-19 Vaccination Leave Emergency Act of 2021. The poster was updated to reflect that employers must provide leave to employees who tested positive for COVID-19 or who are caring for a family member who tested positive for COVID-19 and must quarantine pursuant to Department of Health guidelines.  The poster was also updated to reflect that the law now applies to employers with 20 or more employees. The Maine Regulation of Employment poster has been updated to reflect recent amendments to Maine’s Family and Medical Leave Act.  A new law now allows employees to take leave for a serious health condition of their grandchildren or a domestic partner’s grandchildren. Order Updated Poster >

January 10, 2022 Illinois Minimum Wage
The Illinois Minimum Wage poster has been updated to reflect an increase in the minimum wage. The minimum wage will increase from $11.00 per hour to $12.00 per hour effective January 1, 2022. The Illinois VESSA poster has been updated to expand the list of reasons for which job-protected leave is available. A new law allows employees to take leave if they or a covered family or household member is a victim of any crime of violence. Order Updated Poster >
