The California Fair Employment poster has been updated to reflect recent amendments to the California Fair Employment and Housing Act.  A new leave law amendment expands the definition of family member to include grandparent, grandchild, or sibling, and permits leave for certain military exigencies and also expands the law to now apply to employers with five or more employees. The California Industrial Welfare Commission Wage (IWC) Industry Wage Orders have been updated to reflect the 2021, 2022 and 2023 increases to the state minimum wage and revised updated meal and lodging credit amounts. The California Unemployment Insurance poster has been updated to reflect an expanded benefit to the Paid Family Leave Program. Beginning January 1, 2021, any employee who takes time off to participate in a qualifying event resulting from a spouse, registered domestic partner, parent, or child’s military deployment to a foreign country is eligible for benefits under the California Paid Family Leave Program. The California Pregnancy Disability and CFRA Leave poster has been updated to reflect recent amendments to the California Family Rights Act (CFRA).  A new law expands the definition of family member for CFRA purposes and also expands the CFRA to now apply to employers with five or more employees.  Order Updated Poster >

The New York Minimum Wage poster has been updated to reflect an increase to the minimum wage for Long Island and Westchester County and remainder of New York State. The minimum wage for Long Island and Westchester County will increase from $13.00 per hour to $14.00 per hour and the remainder of New York State from $11.80 per hour to $12.50 per hour, effective December 31, 2020. The minimum wage for all employees in New York City will remain at the same $15.00 per hour rate. In addition, beginning December 31, 2020, an employer must pay the full applicable minimum wage rate, and cannot take any tip credit. Order Updated Poster >

The Alaska Minimum Wage poster has been updated to reflect an increase in the minimum wage. The minimum wage rate will increase from $10.19 per hour to $10.34 per hour effective January 1, 2021. Order Updated Poster >

The New Mexico Minimum Wage poster has been updated to reflect an increase in the minimum wage.  The minimum wage increased from $9.00 per hour to $10.50 per hour on January 1, 2021. Order Updated Poster >

The Michigan Minimum Wage poster has been updated to reflect the minimum wage rate effective January 1, 2021. The Michigan Bureau of Employment Relations, Wage and Hour Division announced the state’s scheduled minimum wage increase will not go into effect on January 1, 2021.
