The Nevada Annual Daily Overtime Bulletin has been updated to reflect that the hourly daily overtime wage rates for employees effective July 1, 2025 remains unchanged. Employees earning less than $18.00 per hour are eligible for overtime at one and one half times the employee’s regular rate for over 8 hours of work in a 24-hour period, or over 40 hours of work in a week. July 1, 2025 Wyoming Non-Compete Clauses
The Wyoming Non-Compete Clauses poster has been released by the Wyoming Department of Workforce Services. Effective July 1, 2025, Wyoming law bans most non-compete agreements made on or after the effective date.
