The Nevada Annual Daily Overtime Bulletin has been updated to reflect that the hourly daily overtime wage rates for employees effective July 1, 2025 remains unchanged. Employees earning less than $18.00 per hour are eligible for overtime at one and one half times the employee’s regular rate for over 8 hours of work in a 24-hour period, or over 40 hours of work in a week. Employees earning more than the hourly rate are eligible for overtime at one and one half the employee’s regular rate of pay for over 40 hours per week. Order Updated Poster >

The Nevada Annual Minimum Wage Bulletin has been updated to reflect the minimum wage effective July 1, 2025. The minimum wage will remain at $12.00 per hour for all employees. Order Updated Poster >

The Vermont Meals and Lodging poster has been released by the Vermont Department of Labor. The new poster, effective January 1 of each year, entitles an employer to deduct from the wages earned an allowance for meals and lodging if applicable to an employer’s industry. Order Updated Poster >

The Vermont Family Leave poster has been updated with information on a new law that expanded eligibility for unpaid leave by including additional qualifying reasons for leave and broadening the definition of family members under Vermont’s parental and family leave laws. Order Updated Poster >

The North Carolina Minimum Wage poster was updated with a new email address, fax number and telephone number for employees to file a complaint if misclassified as an independent contractor. Order Updated Poster >

The Wyoming Non-Compete Clauses poster has been released by the Wyoming Department of Workforce Services. Effective July 1, 2025, Wyoming law bans most non-compete agreements made on or after the effective date. The new law voids most agreements that restrict a person’s ability to earn compensation through labor. Order Updated Poster >

The Wyoming Workers Rights poster has been released by the Wyoming Department of Workforce Services. Employers are required to display the poster that states employee rights are protected and labor law posters must be displayed in a conspicuous location accessible to all employees. The Kentucky OSHA poster has been updated to reflect changes to reporting requirements to bring Kentucky’s workplace safety and health regulations in line with federal standards. Employees who feel they have been discriminated against may file a complaint within 30 days of the alleged discrimination, and work related incidents, including hospitalization resulting from a heart attack, must be reported within 24 hours.
