Nevada Annual Daily Overtime Bulletin
The Nevada Annual Daily Overtime Bulletin has been updated to reflect an increase to the hourly daily overtime wage rates for employees effective July 1, 2024. Employees earning less than $18.00 per hour are eligible for overtime at one and one half times the employee’s regular rate for over 8 hours of work in a 24-hour period, or over 40 hours of work in a week. Employees earning more than the hourly rate are eligible for overtime at one and one half the employee’s regular rate of pay for over 40 hours per week. Order Updated Poster >

Nevada Annual Minimum Wage Bulletin
The Nevada Annual Minimum Wage Bulletin has been updated to reflect the minimum wage effective July 1, 2024. The minimum wage will increase to $12.00 per hour for all employees.
