The Nevada Workers’ Compensation poster has been updated to reflect a web address for filing an appeals claim online if the claimant disagrees with a written determination. Order Updated Poster >

The Nevada Minimum Wage poster has been updated to reflect information on sexual assault leave. The new law amended the statute requiring Nevada employers to provide leave to employees who are victims of sexual assault or whose family or household members are victims of sexual assault. The Oklahoma Unemployment Insurance poster has been updated to reflect a new web address for filing an unemployment claim. Order Updated Poster >

The Nevada Annual Daily Overtime Bulletin has been updated to reflect that the hourly daily overtime wage rates for employees effective July 1, 2025 remains unchanged. Employees earning less than $18.00 per hour are eligible for overtime at one and one half times the employee’s regular rate for over 8 hours of work in a 24-hour period, or over 40 hours of work in a week. Employees earning more than the hourly rate are eligible for overtime at one and one half the employee’s regular rate of pay for over 40 hours per week. Order Updated Poster >

The Nevada Annual Minimum Wage Bulletin has been updated to reflect the minimum wage effective July 1, 2025. The minimum wage will remain at $12.00 per hour for all employees. Order Updated Poster >

The Vermont Meals and Lodging poster has been released by the Vermont Department of Labor. The new poster, effective January 1 of each year, entitles an employer to deduct from the wages earned an allowance for meals and lodging if applicable to an employer’s industry. Order Updated Poster >
