Select the English version if you do not have a significant portion of Spanish-speaking employees who are not proficient in English.

The Spanish option is required (in addition to the English version) if you have a significant portion of Spanish-speaking employees who are not proficient in English. Because federal regulations do not define ‘significant portion,’ we recommend adding this option if more than five percent of your workforce includes Spanish-speaking employees who are not proficient in English.
