October 28, 2022 Colorado Paid Family and Medical Leave
The Colorado Paid Family and Medical Leave poster has been released by the Colorado Department of Labor and Employment. A new law establishes a statewide program for paid family and medical leave. The program allows eligible employees to take 12 weeks of paid leave for qualified reasons, which will be funded through a payroll tax on employers and employees. November 18, 2022 Massachusetts Paid Family and Medical Leave
The Massachusetts Paid Family and Medical Leave poster has been updated with an adjusted contribution rate and benefit amount under the state Paid Family and Medical Leave Act. Employers may deduct payroll contributions of up to 0.318% from a covered individual’s wages or other earnings, and the maximum weekly amount of benefits available to eligible individuals will increase to $1,129.82 per week. November 2, 2023 Washington Paid Family and Medical Leave
The Washington Paid Family and Medical Leave poster has been updated to reflect an increase to the cap of weekly benefits by the Washington Employment Security Department.  Effective January 1, 2024, the maximum allowed weekly benefits will increase from  $1,427 to $1,456. October 22, 2024 Maine Paid Family and Medical Leave
The Maine Paid Family and Medical Leave poster has been released by the Maine Department of Labor. The new Maine Paid Family and Medical Leave law will provide up to 12 weeks of paid leave for family leave, medical leave, safe leave or leave related to a family member’s impending military deployment. Payroll withholdings from employee’s pay for the program will begin on January 1, 2025 and benefits will begin in 2026.
