The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) is revising the 'Know Your Rights: Workplace Discrimination Is Illegal' poster due to several executive orders. While the official release date has not yet been announced, employers should prepare to replace existing posters once the updated poster becomes available. This poster summarizes essential employee rights under federal anti-discrimination laws and must be displayed in the workplace by employers with 15 or more employees, as well as by federal contractors.
