The poster is being revised to bring its wording in line with two executive orders:
- The “Defending Women from Gender Ideology Extremism and Restoring Biological Truth to the Federal Government”
- The “Ending Illegal Discrimination and Restoring Merit-Based Opportunity”
The new poster will likely incorporate changes resulting from these orders that affect protections for gender identity, the revocation of Executive Order 11246 and requirements for federal contractors.
