Connecticut Electronic Monitoring
The Connecticut Electronic Monitoring poster has been updated to reflect an amendment to Connecticut’s electronic monitoring law. The new law requires employers that electronically monitor employees to identify the specific workplace locations where monitoring may occur in the notice describing the types of electronic monitoring conducted. Employers must also post the notice in the locations where monitoring may take place. This poster contains new fields requiring employer-specific information.
