The Nevada Annual Daily Overtime Bulletin has been updated to reflect that the hourly daily overtime wage rates for employees effective July 1, 2026 remains unchanged. Employees earning less than $18.00 per hour are eligible for overtime at one and one half times the employee’s regular rate for over 8 hours of work in a 24-hour period, or over 40 hours of work in a week. Employees earning more than the hourly rate are eligible for overtime at one and one half the employee’s regular rate of pay for over 40 hours per week. Order Updated Poster >
