Languages


The English version automatically includes any foreign language translations that are required by law for all employers regardless of languages spoken in the workplace.


The Bilingual option is recommended as a best practice if you have a significant portion of French-speaking employees who are not proficient in English. Because the regulations do not define ‘significant portion,’ we recommend this option if more than five percent of your workforce includes French-speaking employees who are not proficient in English.


Select the French option if your English postings are up to date and you only need to add or update your French postings.
